AWAR’s Roman Kitchen: Food and Memories from the Members of AWAR
AWAR’s Roman Kitchen has over 130 recipes contributed by more than 40 AWAR members, with 16 pages of color photographs and drawings. The recipes are punctuated with anecdotes, memories, and additional information to round out the portrait of an international membership keeping faith with their own traditions, while coming to joyful terms with life in Rome.
AWAR's 2020-21 volunteer ad-hoc Cookbook Committee worked tirelessly to create and distribute this special publication and we are grateful for their efforts.
