AWAR’s Roman Kitchen has over 130 recipes contributed by more than 40 AWAR members, with 16 pages of color photographs and drawings. The recipes are punctuated with anecdotes, memories, and additional information to round out the portrait of an international membership keeping faith with their own traditions, while coming to joyful terms with life in Rome.

AWAR's 2020-21 volunteer Cookbook Committee worked tirelessly to create and distribute this special publication, and we are so grateful for their efforts.  Many thanks to  Maureen Fant, Melissa Cicci, Dorothy Dowling,  Hildy Karev, Linda Mitchell, Peggy Nelson, Legare Sinkler and Catherine Tondelli.
